Business Case Development
Development of detailed cost benefit analysis for projects that require significant capital investment. Starting with the income statement, our process ensures that the benefits are aligned with specific line items on the income statement. This integrates with our PMO Framework allowing key stakeholders and finance to track project ROI over the life of the business case. Critical criteria for evaluating projects for approval :
- Average Rate of Return – Measures Profit on Investment
- Payback Period – Evaluates Cash Flow for the project
- Discounted Cash Flow – Evaluates Cash Flow over project life span by discounting future cash at today’s value ( NPV )
IT Operational Expense Analysis
Review of current IT costs for the company. Typically executed with the help of the procurement group, this study is done as part of an overall IT Strategy project or as an input to a Platform Strategy or a standalone analysis to understand the Total Cost of Ownership for Enterprise Applications.
