- Approval of projects for the subsequent fiscal year

Managing the Pipeline – Early Warning System
Primary Objective – Continuous reduction of execution risk by monitoring the scope, timeline and budget using well defined stage gates
Inputs:
- Project Budgets & P&L accounts
- Allocated Resources
- Project & Staffing Calendar
Outputs:
- Visual Representation of project status through Dashboards, Alerts, Gauges and Reports
- Common project status reports, focused on deliverables and risks
- Integrated with the Systems Delivery Life-cycle (SDLC) for the company
- Periodic financial reviews and audits
